At today's Deep House Yoga session, you can combine the club atmosphere of a rave with the relaxing, soothing movements and stretches of yoga, allowing you to decompress after a long week. A live DJ will be spinning house, funk, jazz, and soul music while an instructor, Aileen Pham, guides your chakras to alignment. Oh yeah, and there'll be laser projections and mood lighting too.
