At Team Laguna, our commitment to our owners is our number one priority. For long term rentals, our screening process includes credit, eviction, and background checks. Other required documentation includes pay stubs, internet background searches, three months of bank statements to verify deposits and credits, and landlord verification.
Danielle Purcell, owner and broker, personally approves all tenants. The rule in the office is that all paperwork, including applications and leases, is approved by Danielle before being submitted to the owner. She is extremely knowledgeable and an expert at reading between the lines. Our tenants are the best!
