Team Laguna Long-Term Application Package Requirements:

1. Every line is to be filled out for a complete application package and pet application, even if you do not have a pet
   
   
2. A copy of the driver’s license for each applicant over the age of 18
    
3. PDF Copy of the last three bank statements and a copy of a recent pay stub
    
4. A credit report for each applicant over the age of 18 - credit history, timely payments, and positive landlord reference.
    
5. All initial funds are due within 24 hours of acceptance of the application. CASHIER'S CHECK or MONEY ORDER must be used to pay the first month’s rent and security deposit. Sorry, NO personal checks will be accepted.
    
6. If you would like to supply a personal letter to the landlord, that is great!
    
7. Property viewing is required for leases
    
8. Income to be 3 times all debt, including rent. 4 months' reserves for apartments.  6-12 months' reserves on homes, depending on the rental rate. 
    
9. Please fax, email, or hand-deliver this package to your agent.
