At Team Laguna, our commitment to our owners is the #1 priority. For long-term rentals, our screening process includes credit, eviction, and background checks; other required documentation includes paycheck stubs, internet background search, 3 months’ of bank statements to verify deposits/credits, and landlord verification.
Danielle Purcell, owner/broker, personally approves all tenants. The rule in the office is that all paperwork, including applications and leases, is approved by Danielle before being submitted to the owner. She is extremely knowledgeable and an expert at reading between the lines. Our tenants are the best!
