Crown Point

The Crown Point community is located just south of Emerald Bay in North Laguna Beach. Crown Point features a mixture of small condo buildings and luxury oceanfront estate homes boasting outstanding views of the Pacific Ocean, and located just a short, one-block walk from Crescent Bay Beach.

 

Crescent Bay Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Laguna Beach. Off the north point, there is a large rock called Seal Rock where the seals and sea lions take refuge. Crescent Bay has activities for the entire family, including skimboarding, scuba diving, body surfing, bodyboarding, tide pooling, and numerous other beach games.

 

Crown Point, which is located south of the highway, jus east of Emerald Bay, is home to a large beach and park. Crescent Bay Beach is a public beach with parking and restroom facilities.
