Application Package

Each applicant 18 years of age or older must provide:

• Government issued photo identification
• Proof of income or equivalent income documentation
• Three most recent full bank statements in PDF format
• Verification of financial reserves in PDF format
• Completed rental application and screening report through RentSpree, CIC, or approved third party provider including credit, background, and eviction history with signed authorization

• Target credit guideline of approximately 720 or higher
• Income and reserve requirements may vary depending on the property and overall application strength
• Applicants should generally demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 6 months of financial reserves
• All properties must be viewed in person prior to application approval unless otherwise approved in writing
• Applications are not considered complete until all requested documentation has been received
