Kate Keast has worked alongside Danielle Purcell for more than 25 years and serves as the operational backbone of Team Laguna. As a full time office and property manager, she oversees daily operations, marketing coordination, transaction management, client services, and administrative systems that keep the brokerage running smoothly.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to client service, Kate is an invaluable resource for both agents and clients. Her extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, property management, office operations, and agent support allows her to seamlessly manage the many moving parts of a successful brokerage.

Before joining Team Laguna, Kate spent 25 years in the travel industry, where she developed a passion for helping people find the perfect destination and creating memorable experiences. Today, she brings that same dedication to helping clients find the perfect place to call home, whether for a vacation stay, long term rental, or home purchase.

As Danielle's trusted right hand, Kate manages the flow of business, coordinates appointments, supports agents, oversees property management operations, and ensures every client receives the highest level of service. Her versatility, professionalism, and deep understanding of the business make her an integral part of Team Laguna's continued success.

A lifelong resident of Laguna Beach, Kate lives with her husband Brett and is the proud mother of Alison and Natalie and grandmother to her beloved grandchildren.
