Steve Suer was born and raised in Southern California and he's resided in Laguna Beach since 1995. He has a strong construction background, which includes owning and operating Laguna Construction & Builder since 2000.

Steve built the first house in Laguna Beach that was destroyed by the fires of 1993. He has also built for the Laguna Beach Police Department, Fire Department, and Chamber of Commerce, and hundreds of Laguna Beach residents.

Steve decided to get his real estate license in 2005. Having a unique combination of construction expertise and real estate knowledge, Steve is an asset to the community and he is very excited to be part of Team Laguna.
